Fees and Policies: Public Workshops

1. Workshop and seminar registration fees hosted by Dr. Reece Malone vary depending on the topic, length of presentation and other administrative costs. Fees/admission are due upon registering for an event.

2. Workshop and seminar registration fees hosted by third party organizations/venues are set contingent upon the agreement between Dr. Reece Malone and the host organization/venue. Contact the host organization/venue for registration fees. Fees/admission are due upon registering for an event.

3. Cancellation Policy: Where applicable, cancelled registrations up to three days before the event is fully refundable. Cancellations less than three days of the event will be charged a 15% administration fee.

Fees and Policies: Private Educational Consultations

Fees, Length of Training: Private educational consultations are billed per 60-minute sessions. Sessions exceeding 60-minutes will be billed in 1/2 hour increments. Fees are due at the end of each session.

Phone and Skype consultations are available. Fees for such consultations are due at the beginning of each session.

Fees range from $145/hr. to $275/hr. (taxes included).

Fees and Policies: Service Provider Training and Consultations

1. Fees, Length of Training: Service Provider Training is billed per 60-minutes of delivery time. Sessions exceeding 60-minutes will be billed in 1/2 hour increments. Payment is due at the end of the session unless alternative arrangements are pre-arranged. A cost-recovery fee will be charged to the host presenters for workshop handouts, manuals, articles and other necessary documents.

Fees for service provider training range from $145 – $275/hr. Taxes included.

Fees for presentations or groups larger than 80 participants range from $750 – $1100 (up to 1.5 hrs). Taxes included.

2. Travel and Accommodations: It is the responsibility of the hosts to provide reasonable travel and accommodations. Travel outside Winnipeg limits may be charged a per km fee of $.43/km or car rental, whichever is more cost effective. Host organizations outside of a 2 hour driving radius from Winnipeg are responsible for reasonable hotel accommodations for evening sessions past 7 pm.  Air travel must be booked no less than 3 weeks prior to the training session.

3.  Cancellation Policy:  Cancelled sessions will be invoiced as though the session had been booked, unless cancellation is made a minimum of 3 days prior to the session.  Sessions cancelled without a 3 day notification will be invoiced a 30% administration fee.
